A1A Care is proud to provide nursing services for people of all ages and needs within the Greater Toronto Area. We provide care overnight, 24 hour, live-in and by the hour.
We can provide our nursing services can be provided within our clients’ personal residence, retirement communities, hospitals and long-term care facilities.
We are committed to providing high-quality patient care services tailored to each clients’ unique needs, and to enable our clients and their families to be a part of the care provided.
Our nursing services are available 7 days per week, 24 hours a day. Our care options include: Hourly, or 24 hr. Live-in/out care basis, overnight care, etc.
These are some of the many homecare nursing services we can provide: Chronic pain & disease management, medical management, wound care, palliative care, etc.
How To Get Started:
One on One Assessments: Upon contacting A1A Care, our client service coordinator will record your information and process your nursing care request.
A clinical nursing manager will contact you, within 24 hours after your intake interview to arrange an in-person meeting and a complimentary in-home assessment.
A1A CARE AND YOUR MEDICAL TEAM: Your medical care team consists of doctors, specialists, facility coordinators, family and friends. Everyone who is involved in your care or the care of a family member, is part of a team that is putting their patient’s healthcare first.
A1A Care will develop a comprehensive & customized care plan which adapts to and is responsive to the clients’ medical needs, family wishes and physician’s instructions.
We aim to provide effect medical management that monitors symptoms and prevents complications.
We will work with your treating healthcare professionals to ensure that your needs are met and your service expectations are exceeded.
